PROJECT 2: Socially Responsible Packaging

From the research, premixed drink is one of the most popular alcohol drinks for bing-drinking. Their major  market is young people and women. The resasons they like pre-mixed-drinks are they easy to open, the colour is attarctive, and is  convenient. In order to decreasing the risk of binge drinking, without damaging their target market. I am thinking to change the bottle inside rather than change appearance. Besides, according to the research, the tips of reducing your drinking are set limits for yourself and stick to them, drink slowly. Take sips, not gulps. However, it is difficult to those people to control temselves when you started to drink. Therefore, I was thinking to create a piece inside of the bottle, which lock the liquid comes out when you drink fast.

  1. I really like your design. I like the idea of it preventing binge drinking. Its a great design and it really addresses the issue you are trying to solve. One thing about it is the cardboard piece that connects the bottles. If it had maybe a handle it'll help carry the bottles. But over all a great design!!! goodwork

  2. great design. your design is simple but is that useful for preventing binge drinking by using physics knowledge. good job!
for improvement, i think there should be a handle on the cardboard which hold the bottles. and you may talk more about the designing idea for that.

  4. Nice design. I think you find the right social issue and deal with it. And the booklet is well done.
However, is the cardboard part strong enough to hold the bottle, i think you still look at it.
